The state of art, solid state, thyristorised, high precision, ripple free, constant current and constant voltage, air cooled, compact Rectifier units are single phase input, high quality, maintenance free, with CVCC modes, coarse and finer Potentiometer controls for both voltage and amperage, ripple less than 1% on full load, digital meters with overload protection and short circuit proof, easy operation.

Pulse Rectifiers are having all the features of CCCV units including:

  • Filtered DC output less than 0.1% ripple

  • Output current pulse controllable by thumbwheel switches and Peak voltage / current display Digital meters.

SILICON PLATING RECTIFIERS:

These are today well known for their high quality, workmanship, operating efficiency, and long life performance, comprising of a double-wound transformer to reduce the input voltage to suitable value required for the Rectifier Stack, Interphase Transformer (in 3 ph. units) Silicon Diodes, Hand operated or motorised stepless on-load control (variac/dimmerstat) or Automatic control where the output voltage, output amperage, or current density is constant. Control Panel with D.C. volt/amp. meters and MCB protection, lamps, wheels and choice of paint shade. These rectifiers are in Natural Air cooled and Forced-Air cooled or Natural oil cooling through radiator depending on the ratings, prevailing atmospheric conditions, and process.
The AC input is either 1/220/50 having DC output around 15% ripple or 3/415/50Hz or nearer having ripple almost around 5%. Ripple free rectifiers are also available.

DOSING PUMP CONTROL RECTIFIERS:
Any metering pump can be monitored through the Rectifier for Load Current, Repeatability, Addition of chemicals (Time & Quantity), operation in manual or auto mode.
For Electro Colouring of Anodising output capacity as per customer requirement.
For driving 3 ph. low voltage AC motors of Plating Barrels in Automatic Plating Lines, AC are low voltage Power Supply Transformers available in 24V/42V or higher range.

ELECTROPHORETIC RECTIFIERS:

In solid state, CVCC, DPM & Cyclic timer variable up to 999 sec, Normal or Ramping mode selection, Soak timer up to 60 sec and Ramp timer up to 30 sec.

HULL CELL RECTIFIERS:

Light duty, CCCV with DPM Normal or 5 & 10 min. timer buzzer alarm, Ripple up to 1%, Amperage of 5, 10 & 15 and Voltage of 6, 8 & 12 or higher as desired for international use.

Output is short circuit proof. Start & Stop push button for easy operations.

AMPERE HOUR METER:

The Ampere Sec/Min/Hr. Meter is fully solid state providing accurate reading in 4 or 6 digits (Electromechanical counter or LED display).
Operates on 230 V AC and 75/60 mV shunt, with optional preset facility by Thumbwheel Switches. It can also count total AM/AH passed in stipulated time.
